The Homeowners Association has also filed of record Rules and Regulations to govern and clarify some restrictive covenants.
Only Single Family uses allowed
    Minimum 2,250 sf
    Minimum 70 % brick or stone masonry required
    Side or rear entry garages
    All utility connections to the homes shall be underground
    Outbuildings shall be a maximum of 2400 sf for lots 2 acres and larger
    Outbuildings are required to have certain masonry facades
    Fences and material of fences are controlled by the HOA Architectural committee
    No temporary structures allowed, and no outbuildings are allowed without the primary residence
