Beautiful black and white medium size cat with no collar.

This cat occasionally sleeps on my outdoor furniture. Slept on my outdoor couch when it was 18 degrees outside. I have been feeding it twice a day. Its eats and then heads out into the woods. Just wondering if it is my neighbor's cat. It is scared of me and runs off if it sees me.
